We are building a modern digital brand for an industry that has traditionally been offline — and we want our social media to be just as energetic, relatable, and engaging.

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Creation Intern who is confident in front of the camera, loves creating reels, understands social media trends, and can become one of the recognizable faces of BajriX.

What We’re Looking For

This is not a behind-the-scenes-only social media role.

We are specifically looking for someone who is:

- Confident and natural in front of the camera
- Comfortable using their own face and voice in BajriX reels and videos
- Full of energy, enthusiasm, and creative ideas
- Experienced in creating reels, short-form videos, or social media content
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi / Hinglish
- Able to make construction and home-building topics interesting and entertaining
- Familiar with Instagram trends, hooks, memes, transitions, trending audio, and short-form storytelling

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short videos, posts, stories, and other social content for BajriX.
- Regularly appear on camera as a content creator for the brand.
- Come up with creative reel concepts, hooks, scripts, and content ideas.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos suitable for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
- Create content around:
- Building materials
- Construction tips
- Home-building
- Sellers and local businesses
- Construction myths and facts
- Product comparisons
- Funny/relatable construction situations




- BajriX features and updates
- Seller stories and field activities
- Participate in shoots with BajriX sellers, team members, founders, and field teams.
- Follow trending content formats and adapt them creatively for the BajriX brand.
- Write captions, hooks, and simple social media copy.
- Post and schedule content consistently.
- Engage with comments, messages, and the BajriX social media community where required.
- Track which reels and posts perform well and suggest improvements.
- Help build a strong, recognizable and relatable BajriX social media identity.

Mandatory Requirements

- Prior experience creating social media content or reels.
- Must be comfortable appearing on camera and using your own face in BajriX content.
- Strong confidence, energy, and communication skills.
- Positive understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi/Hinglish.
- Basic video shooting and editing skills.
- Ability to think creatively and generate fresh content ideas.
- Must be comfortable working with a startup environment where experimentation is encouraged.

Preferred Skills

Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:

- Instagram content creation
- CapCut / VN / InShot / Canva / Adobe tools or similar editing apps
- Script writing
- Meme and trend-based content
- YouTube Shorts
- Personal content creation
- Influencer-style videos
- Street interviews
- Product videos
- Voiceovers
- Photography
- Social media analytics
