Junior Engineer (Civil) Trainee
Qualification : ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities :
* Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD as per KMBR/KPBR rules.
* Create 3D models and realistic visualizations using 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit or similar
software.
* Prepare project estimates.
* Prepare property valuation reports in Microsoft word.
Skills required :
* Good understanding & learning skills.
* Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to read and understand architectural drawing.
Preferred Software Skills :
* AutoCAD
* 3ds Max / SketchUp / Revit
* Lumion / Enscape or similar rendering software
* MS Excel / MS Word
* Estimation
