About the Role

We are hiring a results-driven Performance and Growth Marketing Specialist to support Ashclair and Dazzlingrock, our premium jewelry brands. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of e-commerce marketing experience and a strong background in paid advertising, analytics, conversion tracking, and customer retention. You will develop and optimize campaigns that increase qualified traffic, conversions, revenue, and return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Monitor ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, average order value, and customer acquisition cost.

- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance using GA4 and Shopify.

- Build and optimize Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns, flows, and audience segments.

- Improve tracking accuracy across Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Ads, and GA4.

- Investigate discrepancies between Shopify, GA4, Meta, and Google Ads reporting.

- Conduct A/B tests on advertisements, audiences, landing pages, and promotional offers.

- Prepare explicit weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing,



preferably for an e-commerce brand.

- Demonstrated experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Strong working knowledge of GA4, Shopify, and Klaviyo.

- Experience with attribution, conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.

- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into practical growth strategies.

- Strong understanding of the e-commerce customer journey and conversion funnel.
