Interior Site Supervisor – Commercial & Residential Interiors

Location: Chennai

We are hiring an Interior Supervisor with 0–5+ years of experience in interior fit-out and site execution. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. The candidate should have good knowledge of interior works, site supervision, manpower coordination, measurements, quality control, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily interior site activities as per drawings and project schedules.
- Coordinate and supervise false ceiling, partition, carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical, and finishing works.
- Ensure proper execution of interior works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Check site measurements, material requirements, quantities, and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, designers, and labour teams.
- Manage manpower and allocate daily work activities at the site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Check the quality of materials and finished work.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the project team.
- Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and project documentation.
- Ensure proper usage and availability of materials at the site.




- Follow company safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 0–5+ years in Interior Site Supervision / Interior Fit-Out.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may apply.
- Good knowledge of interior execution, drawings, measurements, and materials.
- Tamil-speaking candidates preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage labour, contractors, and site activities.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Willing to work at different project sites across Chennai.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
