Workshop Manager – Job Description
Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations.
- Supervise technicians and workshop staff.
- Handle vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of work.
- Manage workshop inventory and reduce wastage.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain safety and quality standards.
Skills Required:
- Workshop & team management
- Automobile servicing and repair knowledge
- Customer handling
- Good communication and leadership skills
Preferred: Candidates with Tata Motors workshop experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
