Job description: Site supervisor

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce

* Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines

* Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors

* Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and material records

* Monitor safety rules and ensure a clean, safe working environment

* Manage material usage and raise requirements on time

* Resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow

* Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements

* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site supervision

* Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Any technical background preferred

* Valuable knowledge of construction methods and materials

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to handle labour and site challenges

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) preferred

* ⁠Coimbatore based candidates will be highly preferred.

* Salary-20k-25k

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
