UI/UX DesignerJob Overview

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong UX thinking with modern UI design skills to create products that are easy to use, accessible, and aligned with business goals.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product design lifecycle, from research and ideation to prototyping, usability testing, and final implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand user needs, business requirements, and product goals.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces with strong visual hierarchy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and reusable design patterns.
- Translate complex requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Work with product managers and stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.
- Prepare design specifications and assets for development handoff.
- Review implemented features and identify UI/UX improvements.
- Stay updated on current UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and visual design.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience creating interactive prototypes.
- Experience with wireframing, user flows, journey mapping, and usability testing.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, grids, and responsive design.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and consistent user interfaces.




- Good understanding of web and mobile design patterns.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with HTML and CSS or basic front-end development concepts.
- Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG principles.
- Experience designing SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, enterprise, or mobile applications.
- Familiarity with tools such as FigJam, Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Experience conducting user interviews and analyzing user feedback.
- Understanding of product analytics and A/B testing.

Experience

Experience: 2–5 years in UI/UX, Product Design, or a related field.

Candidates with strong portfolios demonstrating excellent design thinking and problem-solving skills may also be considered based on their capabilities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in:

- Design
- Interaction Design
- UX/UI Design
- Human-Computer Interaction
- Graphic Design
- Computer Science
- or a related field
