Job Opening: Recruitment Consultant

Salary: ₹21,000–₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives + Annual Performance Bonus

Preferred Profile: Candidates with dual exposure to Recruitment and Client Acquisition will have an added advantage and may be considered under a separate, higher salary slab, depending on their relevant experience, capabilities and previous performance. Key Responsibilities

- Understand job descriptions, role requirements and client expectations.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Screen and shortlist suitable candidates based on skills, experience, salary, location, availability and cultural fit.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Post job openings on portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the interview and selection process.
- Follow up regularly with clients and candidates to ensure timely progress.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback, documentation, offer follow-ups and joining coordination.
- Drive assigned positions toward successful and timely closure.
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate data, recruitment trackers, ATS records and MIS reports.
- Provide regular status updates to the Manager and relevant stakeholders.




- Use AI-enabled recruitment tools and suggest practical ideas to improve sourcing, screening, engagement and turnaround time.
- Maintain a skilled and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience with leading job portals and candidate databases.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, ATS and recruitment MIS.
- Strong sourcing, screening, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and achieve closure targets.
- Proactive, organised and result-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media recruitment.
- Basic knowledge of AI-based recruitment tools and hiring practices will be preferred.
- Experience in client acquisition, business development or recruitment-client relationship management will be an added advantage.
