As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, continuously monitoring and analyzing system behavior to prevent disruptions and enhance overall service quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of application issues and minimize downtime.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Talend ETL.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within enterprise-level data integration environments.
- Strong understanding of data workflows, job scheduling, and error handling in ETL processes.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with database technologies and data transformation techniques relevant to ETL operations.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Talend ETL.
