Quality Inspection Engineer – Bicycle Parts

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab Experience: 3–5 years Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech – Mechanical Job Type: Full-time

Role

Hands-on quality role in the bicycle parts industry. Responsible for hardness testing, tempering quality checks, mechanical testing, and supporting inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

- Perform hardness testing and verify tempering quality of components
- Conduct mechanical tests and execute defined test cases
- Identify, document, and report defects; drive corrective action
- Maintain quality documentation per company and customer standards
- Support inventory accuracy and continuous improvement on the floor

Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years in QC / inspection, preferably bicycle or auto components
- Knowledge of hardness testers and tempering processes
- Comfort reading engineering drawings
- English + Hindi/Punjabi

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
