About the brand

Tribe Green is the corporate gifting brand of V Green Media, a Hyderabad based Full-Service advertising agency. Tribe Green supplies curated and custom gifting to companies across India through its own online store and direct corporate relationships.

The role

Build and run the demand engine for Tribe Green. You will find where growth comes from, design the journey from first visit to corporate order, run the campaigns and experiments behind it, and lift enquiry quality and repeat business over time.

What you will do

- Map the journey from first visit to enquiry to order and identify where the biggest gains sit
- Build the gifting occasion calendar across Diwali, Current Year, onboarding kits, annual days and client gifting, and plan campaigns against it
- Design and run acquisition across Google Search, SEO, LinkedIn and Meta
- Run conversion rate optimisation on landing pages, catalogue pages and the enquiry form
- Segment corporate buyers by industry, company size and gifting occasion, and build campaigns for each
- Build lifecycle programmes over WhatsApp and email that bring accounts back for the next occasion
- Test offers, bundles, catalogue presentation and creative,



and read the results honestly
- Set up tracking, attribution and dashboards so decisions are made on data
- Report on qualified enquiries, cost per enquiry, enquiry to order rate, order value and repeat rate

What we are looking for

- 3 to 6 years in growth, performance or B2B marketing
- A track record of moving a number, not just running campaigns
- Strong with Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4, and comfortable in spreadsheets
- Experience with CRO, A/B testing and funnel analysis
- Experience with lifecycle marketing over email, WhatsApp or both

Good to have

- B2B or bulk order experience where the sale takes weeks rather than minutes
- Corporate gifting, promotional products, merchandise or print background
- Shopify or WooCommerce, LinkedIn Ads and marketing automation tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
