Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and sales-oriented Counsellor who can guide students and professionals for overseas education, licensing programs, and career opportunities while achieving admission and conversion targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, follow-up ability, and a result-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Counsel students and professionals regarding overseas education, nursing licensing programs, and career pathways.
- Explain program benefits, process, timelines, and fee structure clearly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain proper CRM updates and lead tracking.
- Coordinate for webinars, counselling sessions, and video consultations.
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Support students throughout the enrolment process.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and convincing skills.




- Sales-oriented approach with conversion mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and close admissions.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented working style.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate in any field.
- Experience in Education Counselling / EdTech / Overseas Education / Healthcare Training preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
