Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented candidates to join our team for Marketing and Sales roles.

The role involves offline and field marketing, lead generation, sales, and student admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct school visits, home visits, cold calling, and local field visits.
- Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and other promotional materials.
- Generate leads through offline marketing, calls, references, and networking.
- Coordinate with schools for seminars, events, and promotional activities.
- Interact with students and parents and explain courses and programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve assigned marketing and sales targets.
- Maintain daily records of calls, visits, leads, and follow-ups.
- For Manager-level candidates:



manage the team and oversee marketing activities and targets.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in sales/marketing/education will be an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply for Executive-level positions.

Positions: Marketing Manager | Marketing Executive | Sales Executive

Salary/CTC: ₹9,000 – ₹70,000 per month, depending on experience and position, including EPF benefits + performance-based incentives.

Note: This is a field-based role involving regular school visits, home visits, cold calling, distribution, and other offline marketing activities.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
