Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search Campaigns, Demand Generation Campaigns, and other digital marketing channels to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Monitor campaign and social media performance, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Optimize website pages for improved user experience, SEO, and conversion performance.
- Manage and optimize Facebook Audience Network (FAN) campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing materials and ensure consistent campaign execution.
- Integrate digital marketing campaigns with Salesforce CRM and ensure proper lead tracking.
- Generate, analyze, and present campaign performance reports using Salesforce CRM.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media best practices,



and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred, with a good understanding of real estate marketing, property promotions, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search Campaigns, Demand Generation Campaigns, and Facebook Audience Network (FAN).
- Good understanding of SEO, website page optimization, social media analytics, and campaign performance tracking.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including campaign integration, lead management, and reporting.
- Experience in integrating digital marketing campaigns with CRM platforms is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
