About the Role
EINS Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, develop customer relationships, and support the sales team in promoting our Access & Identity Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, references, and online research.
- Identify and qualify potential customers, System Integrators, and Channel Partners.
- Conduct outbound calls and understand customer requirements.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Sales and Presales teams.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and share product information, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Maintain lead records, CRM updates, and sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Presales, and Technical teams to support prospect closure.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in Access Control, Biometrics,
Security Products, IT, Software, or Technology Solutions preferred.
- Excellent English communication and telephone skills.
- Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented, confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, email, CRM, and online research tools.
Work Schedule
Full-time | On-site
Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
2nd & 4th Saturday and all Sundays Off
