Job description:

We are looking for a Visa Counsellor with basic to good knowledge of Canada Visitor Visa and Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP) applications.

The candidate should be confident in client counselling, profile assessment, handling enquiries, follow-ups, and explaining visa requirements clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Counsel clients for Canada Visitor Visa and Spousal OWP.

* Explain eligibility, documentation, and application requirements.

* Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.

* Follow up with leads and convert genuine enquiries into clients.

* Coordinate with the documentation and processing team.

* Maintain professional and transparent communication with clients.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in visa counselling preferred.

* Basic knowledge of Canada Visitor Visa and Spousal OWP.

* Positive communication and client-handling skills.

* Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English communication.

* Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
