Thrive Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller / Telesales Executive to connect with potential clients, introduce our digital marketing services, understand their business requirements, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into meetings and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
- Introduce and explain Thrive’s digital marketing services.
- Understand the client’s business, marketing needs, and requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales/management team.
- Convince prospects about suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams for lead conversion.
- Maintain skilled communication and good relationships with potential clients.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain lead records.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, or business development experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply.
