Key Responsibilities – Plant Head

- Overall Plant Operations – Manage complete PEB/Heavy Fabrication plant operations from raw material to final dispatch.
- Production Management – Achieve production targets with optimum utilization of manpower, machines and materials.
- Production Planning (PPC) – Plan and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production schedules as per project requirements.
- Quality Control – Ensure fabrication quality, minimize rejection/rework and comply with approved drawings and specifications.
- Manpower Management – Lead and manage Production, PPC, QA/QC, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch teams.
- Machine & Maintenance – Ensure machine availability, preventive maintenance and minimum breakdown/downtime.
- Cost Control – Control material wastage, scrap, consumables,



labour and overall manufacturing cost/MT.
- Safety & Compliance – Ensure EHS, statutory compliance, 5S and a zero-accident work culture.
- Dispatch Management – Ensure timely completion, proper segregation and on-time dispatch of fabricated structures.
- Performance Improvement – Drive productivity improvement, process optimization, Lean/5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Inter-Department Coordination – Coordinate with Projects, Design, Procurement, Stores, QA/QC, Finance and Management.
- MIS & Reporting – Review plant performance, production, cost, quality, manpower and maintenance reports and present them to management.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per year
