Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to visa inquiries
- Counsel clients about study, tourist, work, and PR visa options
- Understand client profiles and suggest suitable visa solutions
- Provide accurate information about visa processes, requirements, and timelines
- Maintain client records and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team
- Achieve monthly sales and counseling targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred)
- Strong convincing and counseling abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work under targets and pressure

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum qualification: 12th / Graduate
- Freshers can apply (Training provided)
- Experience in visa counseling or telecalling is a plus
