Job Summary

Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Laravel Developer with 3–4 years of skilled experience to join our development team.

The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel and should be capable of handling development tasks independently. The role also includes guiding junior developers, code reviews, task assignment, and coordination with the development team.

PHP & Laravel are mandatory. Knowledge of Node.js and React.js will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Build and integrate REST APIs.
- Work with MySQL databases.
- Develop new features based on project requirements.
- Debug and resolve technical and application issues.
- Maintain and improve existing applications.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Guide and support junior developers.
- Assign and monitor development tasks.
- Coordinate with QA and other team members.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned development work.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and technical responsibilities.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of professional experience in Laravel development.
- Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel – Mandatory.
- Good understanding of Laravel MVC architecture.




- Strong knowledge of MySQL.
- Experience in REST API development and integration.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Additional Skills – Advantage

- Knowledge of Node.js.
- Knowledge of React.js.
- Experience working with Laravel + React.js / Node.js.
- Previous experience guiding or mentoring junior developers.
- Experience handling development tasks or a small development team.

Team Lead Responsibilities:-

The selected candidate should be capable of:

- Guiding junior developers.
- Reviewing and improving code quality.
- Assigning and tracking development tasks.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Coordinating with QA and project managers.
- Monitoring development progress.
- Taking responsibility for team deliverables.

Preferred Candidate:

We are looking for a technically strong, responsible, and self-driven Laravel developer who can work independently and take team-lead responsibilities when required.
