Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Provide customers with information about the company's products and services.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Project, and Service teams regarding customer requirements.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure positive customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, projects, payments, and services.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales coordination is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
