Job Responsibilities:

MAJOR ROLE

ü Coordinating with surgeon and physician during treatment

ü Coordinating with Administrator for any kind of issues

ü Responsible for all works in a department

ü Preparing duty roaster for the employees

ü Routine ward rounds

ü Coordinating & Informing biomedical engineer regarding the breakages of machines

ü Explaining the condition of patient

ü Handling the therapy classes for the school of nursing and internship students

ASSESSMENT

ü Assessing physical condition of patients such as musculoskeletal, Ortho, Neuro, Pediatric condition

ü Taking patients details like name, age, OP/IP number

TREATMENT

ü Conducting necessary treatment techniques for the care of the patients

ü Explaining the condition of patient

ü Handling critical care patients

ü Providing pre and post surgical Rehabilitation

ü Providing pediatric and geriatric rehabilitation

ü Performing Pain Management

ü Providing care to the critical patients to faster recovery

ü Conducting Neurological Rehabilitation

EDUCATING THE PATIENTS





ü Educating the patients and attendees for partial correction and ergonomist correction

AWARENESS

ü Providing common preventive instructions for the patients at home

REFERRAL DOCTOR

ü Referring the patients to doctors if necessary

FEEDBACK

ü Getting feedback from the patients for improvement of services ,maintaining the feedback manual note

INVENTORY MAINTENANCE

ü Analyzing the breakdown of the equipments with biomedical engineer and purchasing equipment

REGISTERS

ü Monitoring all registers in the physiotherapy department such as IP register, OP register

ü Maintaining the inventory note for Machine, Equipment

Desired Candidate Profile (Job Specification):

Ø A degree in Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or a Master of physiotherapy in orthopedics

Ø Have Relevant Experience.

Ø Must be Medically & Physically Fit.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
