About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable US Shift Accountant to manage our financial operations during US business hours. In this night-shift role, you will work closely with US clients or teams, ensuring real-time financial tracking and ledger accuracy. The ideal candidate must have advanced, hands-on proficiency with QuickBooks and prior experience handling US accounting practices.Shift Details:

- Timings: Night Shift (e.g., 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST / 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST – aligns with US Eastern/Pacific business hours).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

- QuickBooks Management: Maintain, update, and audit financial records daily using QuickBooks software.
- US Accounting Operations: Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger accounts in line with US accounting standards.
- Reconciliations: Perform daily and monthly bank, credit card, and merchant account reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting:



Prepare accurate financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) for US management review.
- Communication: Coordinate seamlessly with US-based clients, vendors, or team members during the shift.

Required Qualifications:

- Software Expertise: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) is strictly required.
- US Accounting Experience: Strong knowledge of US GAAP, W-9/1099 processing, and US tax timelines is highly preferred.
- Shift Flexibility: Proven ability or robust willingness to work consistent night shifts.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills for seamless client interaction.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce with 2 to 5 years of core bookkeeping experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
