Junior Medical Scribe – Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Medical Scribe with 2–3 years of live medical scribing experience to support healthcare providers with accurate real-time clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Document patient encounters in real time.
- Prepare and update accurate patient charts.
- Maintain clinical documentation quality.
- Follow healthcare privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Complete documentation within required timelines.
- Coordinate effectively with assigned providers.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 2–3 years of live medical scribing experience.
- Solid medical terminology and English communication skills.
- Good typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems preferred.
