About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Photographer with cinematography to join our team in the Andaman Islands. The ideal candidate should have a valuable eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling through photographs and Videography skills..

Freshers are welcome, provided they have a good understanding of photography fundamentals and practical knowledge of camera handling, composition, lighting, and basic editing.

Candidates with knowledge or experience in Cinematography / Videography will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture high-quality travel, couple, honeymoon, lifestyle, and destination photographs at various locations in Andaman.
- Handle cameras, lenses, lighting, and other photography equipment while ensuring proper composition, exposure, framing, and lighting.
- Interact with guests professionally, guide them with poses and creative shots, and ensure a positive photography experience.
- Perform basic photo selection, editing, colour correction, and retouching while maintaining quality and timely delivery.




- Collaborate with the creative team for photography, videography, reels, and promotional content; knowledge of cinematography/videography will be an added advantage.

Additional Advantage

Candidates with knowledge of Videography / Cinematography will be preferred.

Additional skills such as:

- Video shooting
- Cinematic framing
- Camera movement
- Basic video editing
- Reels and short-form content creation
- Travel and destination videography

will be considered an added advantage.

Candidate Requirements

- Fresher to experienced candidates can apply; freshers must have good practical knowledge of photography.
- Good understanding of camera handling, composition, lighting, and basic editing.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & native language.
- Kerala candidates highly preferred.
- Must be ready to relocate to Andaman and available for immediate joining.
- Knowledge of Videography/Cinematography will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
Performance-Based Incentives: After the probation period, incentives may be provided based on work quality, performance, output, and overall contribution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
