We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Service Manager to manage our two-wheeler service workshop. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, team-management skills, customer-handling abilities, and experience in the automobile/two-wheeler service industry.

The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth workshop operations, maintaining service quality, achieving service targets, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the two-wheeler service workshop.
- Lead and supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, Washing Staff and other workshop personnel.
- Ensure timely and quality servicing of customer vehicles.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency and technician performance.
- Achieve monthly service revenue, labour, spare parts and customer retention targets.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick and effective resolution.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Monitor job cards, estimates, vehicle delivery and pending jobs.




- Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure availability of required spare parts.
- Ensure proper use of workshop equipment, tools and safety procedures.
- Monitor warranty-related jobs and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training and performance reviews.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness, discipline and safety standards.
- Prepare and review daily/monthly workshop performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with Honda dealership/service processes and standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a two-wheeler/automobile service workshop.
- Experience as a Service Manager / Workshop Manager / Senior Service Advisor will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of two-wheeler servicing, diagnosis and repair processes.
- Positive leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent customer-handling and communication skills.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
