Hiring: Audit Team Leader – Central Line, Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Audit Team Leader with a strong CA Firm background.

Experience Required:

- 4–5 years of relevant experience from a CA Firm only
- Strong experience in Company/Statutory Audit and related audit work
- CA / CA pursuing / B.Com candidates can be considered based on relevant experience and technical knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

- Finalization of books of accounts
- Preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
- Analyse financial statements and recommend improvements
- Financial and tax planning for book closure
- Plan and execute audits and internal audit engagements
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations
- Identify process gaps and deficiencies in internal controls
- Liaise with management regarding audit findings and corrective actions
- Prepare Drawing Power Statements and management MIS




- Analyse data to identify discrepancies, risks and areas for improvement
- Mentor and develop audit staff

Knowledge & Skills:

- GST and Income Tax
- Accounting Standards
- Basic FEMA regulations
- SEBI compliance for listed companies will be an added advantage
- Strong Excel skills
- Tally and Spectrum knowledge
- SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
- Positive communication and reporting skills with Directors/Partners

Important:

- Candidates from CA Firms only will be preferred
- Banking Audit / Concurrent Audit experience will not be considered
- Candidate should be based in Mumbai and comfortable travelling/commuting on the Central Line

Location: Central Line, Mumbai

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
