Job Description of Vacancy

- Preferably working in tooling industry as QA.
- Knowledge of HSS drill or Tooling industry.
- Daily monitoring of HSS drill QA activities.
- Monitoring and follow up of Milwaukee requirement.
- Implementation/maintain of QMS/MMS documentation - ISO 9001:2025, ISO 45001.
- Preparation of KPI/KRA, preparation of roadmap to achieve KPI/KRA target.
- Handling of Customer complaint, preparation action plan.
- SAP Knowledge, Daily, weekly & monthly KPI submission.

Candidate Profile

DME/BE with 0-3 Years’ experience with automotive / Tool Industry hands on working.
Knowledge of ISO9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 45001 standard, Knowledge of core tools PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA.
Hands on experience of process audits, product audit, independently able to carry out inspection activity.
Knowledge of machining process & controls Grinding, turning, milling,



heat treatment, plating etc.
Hands on experience of measuring instrument’s linear instruments (VC, Micrometer, profile projector, hardness tester etc.)
Knowledge of SAP working. MS office – Excel, power point and word.

Detailed Justification / Job Description

To establish in Process Quality function to ensure Right quality parts supplied on time in required qty.
Establish seamless quality production.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
