Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Contact Center Project Manager / Technical Consultant to lead strategic initiatives, digital transformation, and technology enhancements across the Bank’s customer service channels. The role will focus on IVR, AI, CRM, and Contact Center technologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within compliance requirements, and with a solid focus on customer and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Contact Center projects from requirement gathering through implementation and delivery.
- Manage IVR, AI, CRM, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Configure and support Ameyo Contact Center solutions across voice, omnichannel, and dialer platforms.
- Coordinate with business, technology, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, issues,



and dependencies.
- Ensure solutions comply with banking regulations, security standards, and internal policies.
- Support integration, testing, deployment, and production activities.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to management.
- Drive continuous improvements to customer and employee experience.
