About the Role

We are looking for a confident and caring Customer Support Executive to join our Ayurvedic Hospital team.

Your role will be to connect with patients, handle enquiries, explain Ayurveda & Panchakarma services, book appointments, and follow up with patients to provide a smooth healthcare experience.

What You’ll Do

- Handle inbound & outbound patient calls
- Answer enquiries and provide information about Ayurveda & Panchakarma
- Support patient counselling and appointment booking
- Follow up with patients and enquiries
- Build strong patient relationships and provide excellent customer care
- Maintain basic calling and follow-up records

Who Can Apply?

- Good Hindi & English communication skills
- Confident and polite on calls
- Patient, empathetic,



and good at convincing people
- Experience in healthcare tele calling, hospital customer care, patient counselling, or appointment booking is preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
