Job Summary

Health Healing Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) to lead the sales team and drive business growth across the assigned zone.

The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the field sales team, expanding the customer network, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned zone.
- Lead, manage, motivate, and develop the sales team.
- Monitor team performance, field activities, productivity, and target achievement.
- Conduct regular field visits with team members and provide necessary guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, chemists, distributors, and stockists.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
- Implement company sales and marketing strategies effectively.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure proper product availability and distribution across the assigned territory.
- Monitor collections and outstanding payments.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharm/M.Pharm/MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
- 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Prior experience in a managerial/team-handling role preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales, distribution, and market development.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
Other Benefits: As per company rules and policies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
