Eye brand Pickle company (KANMARK PICKLES) - Accountant

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally.
- Handle day-to-day sales, purchase, expense, receipt and payment entries.
- Maintain and update cash and bank transactions.
- Manage employee records, including salary, advances, attendance and other related entries.
- Maintain employee-wise stock/material records and track materials issued to employees.
- Maintain raw material, packaging material and finished goods stock records.
- Check and reconcile physical stock with Tally/system records.
- Maintain supplier and customer accounts and track outstanding payments.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales, purchase, expense and stock reports.
- Coordinate with the production, stores, sales and dispatch teams.
- Maintain proper bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST-related accounting and documentation.




- Ensure all financial and stock records are accurate and updated on time.

Required Skills

- Tally knowledge is mandatory.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST and accounting.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate daily entries.
- Responsible for handling confidential financial and employee information.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Experience

1–3 years of experience preferred, especially in a food manufacturing/FMCG company.

Freshers with good Tally and Excel knowledge may also apply.
