Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC laser cutting machines safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload metal sheets/materials onto the machine.
- Read and understand technical drawings, dimensions, and cutting layouts.
- Load cutting programs/files and set appropriate machine parameters.
- Select and set suitable nozzle, laser power, cutting speed, gas pressure, and focus as required.
- Check the first piece and perform regular quality inspections.
- Ensure accurate dimensions, clean cutting edges, and minimum material wastage.
- Monitor machine performance during production and identify cutting defects.
- Make basic program/parameter adjustments when required.
- Maintain daily production and material consumption records.
- Report machine breakdowns, nozzle/lens issues, or maintenance requirements.
- Follow 5S, safety, PPE, quality,



and housekeeping procedures.
- Properly segregate finished parts, scrap, and rejected material.

Required Skills

- Experience operating CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machine.
- Basic knowledge of laser cutting parameters and CNC operation.
- Ability to read technical/engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier caliper and measuring tape.
- Good understanding of sheet-metal cutting and material handling.
- Ability to identify cutting defects and maintain quality.
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Pay: ₹11,458.35 - ₹25,000.00 per month
