Academic Counsellor – Study Abroad

Job Responsibilities:

- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities and suitable study destinations.
- Understand students’ academic profiles, career goals, and recommend appropriate courses/universities.
- Handle student enquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into admissions.
- Provide accurate information about courses, universities, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Build strong relationships with students and guide them throughout the counselling process.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets assigned by management.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and ensure timely conversion.
- Coordinate with the processing team for smooth application progression.
- Maintain proper records of student interactions and lead status.




- Work proactively in a target-oriented and performance-driven environment.

Requirements:

- Experience in academic counselling/study abroad is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong student counselling and sales skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in overseas education may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
