We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with candidates/customers.
- Explain services, programs, and available opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain call records and update lead status.
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, or a similar role.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.
