Your job is to turn that chaos into a structured, automated system.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

1. Turning Raw Data Into Usable Intelligence

- Clean, normalize, and deduplicate datasets

- Standardize formats across multiple sources

- Enrich data for downstream use

2. Building Data Pipelines

- Connect to government data sources via APIs, Zapier, webhooks

- Automate daily data pulls

- Convert incoming data into usable formats

3. Creating AI-Powered Workflows

- Build AI-driven processes for document parsing and classification

- Use tools like Claude and GPT





- Automate repetitive tasks

4. Owning the CRM Data Layer (Airtable)

- Maintain Airtable as the central system

- Design pipelines from data → research → sales

- Ensure clean workflows

5. Systems Thinking & Optimization

- Identify inefficiencies

- Increase throughput and automation

Who This Is For

- Systems thinker

- Strong with Python, APIs, automation tools

- Comfortable with large datasets

- Experience with Airtable

- Familiar with AI tools

Compensation & Growth

- Bi-weekly salary ($1000 USD to $1500 USD) with monthly and quarterly performance bonuses that could accrue quarterly and yearly ($300-$1500 USD).
