9 Blot is a growing gifting, branded merchandise and customization company serving B2B and B2C customers. We work across corporate gifting, personalized products, branded merchandise, festive hampers and customized orders.

We are looking for a creative and organized individual who can bring ideas to life visually while also supporting the team in everyday operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

Design promotional posters, product creatives, carousels, brochures and presentations.

- Create creatives for corporate gifting, branded merchandise and festive campaigns.

Edit product photographs and create attractive product presentations.

- Create basic video/reel creatives and motion graphics when required.
- Convert creative ideas and briefs into professional designs.
- Support designs for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.

Product & Marketing Support

- Prepare product catalogues, quotation visuals and client presentation decks.
- Create customised mock-ups with client/company branding.
- Support product photoshoot coordination and content creation.
- Help maintain and organise the company's creative/product asset library.
- Assist in preparing creatives for Amazon, IndiaMART and other marketplaces.

Operational Support

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal teams when required.
- Help track product samples,



orders and creative requirements.
- Assist with preparing quotations, order documents and basic reports.
- Maintain organised records of products, designs and customer requirements.
- Follow up on assigned operational tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Support day-to-day office activities related to customer orders and business execution.

What We're Looking For

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of video editing is an advantage.
- Positive understanding of typography, layouts, colours and branding.
- Ability to create clean, up-to-date and commercially attractive designs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks.
- Organised, responsible and willing to take ownership.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-growing business environment.

Preferred

- Experience with corporate gifting, merchandise, printing, e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of Figma, Premiere Pro, CapCut or After Effects is an added advantage.
- Freshers with a strong design portfolio can also apply.
