Job Description – Part‑Time Content Writer

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 3 hours/day
Salary: ₹10,000–15,000 per month

Role Overview

The Content Writer will be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and relevant content for real estate marketing, social media, websites, and promotional materials. The role requires strong writing skills and the ability to produce consistent, high‑quality content within a part‑time schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Content creation — Write blogs, captions, property descriptions, and marketing content
- Social media content — Draft daily posts, reels captions, and promotional copy
- Website content — Update and refine property listings and project pages
- Research — Conduct basic research on real estate trends and project details
- Proofreading — Ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for content requirements

Required Skills

- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Ability to write clear, engaging,



and error‑free content
- Basic understanding of real estate content (preferred)
- Ability to work independently within a short daily schedule
- Creativity and attention to detail

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in content writing
- Portfolio or writing samples preferred
