Solid knowledge of Bag Filter and ESP mechanical design and engineering.

Good understanding of sheet-metal design, structural design, welding, fabrication, GD&T;, tolerances, and DFM principles.

Ability to perform basic-to-intermediate mechanical design calculations and equipment/component sizing.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks.

Good knowledge of BOM preparation, engineering drawings, datasheets, technical specifications, and document control.

Understanding of P&ID;, equipment layouts, ducting, structural interfaces, and installation requirements.

Experience in vendor drawing review, customer coordination, manufacturing support, and site troubleshooting.

Knowledge of PLM/ERP systems and engineering change management processes. Working knowledge of Excel/VBA, or other engineering automation tools is an advantage.

Familiarity with quality and engineering documentation such as DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP, SPC, CAPA, and inspection documentation is desirable.
