About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically curious Senior Technical Event Operations Executive with 3+ years of relevant experience to lead the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, and experience center projects.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in event production, vendor management, fabrication, AV coordination, and on-site execution. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, vendors, fabrication partners, AV teams, and technology partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

*Event Planning & Project Execution

*Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, activations, and experience center installations.

*Own project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and execution plans from pre-production through post-event closure.

*Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

*Conduct site visits, identify operational requirements, and develop execution plans.

*Anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop solutions.

*Vendor & Production Management

*Manage and coordinate vendors, production teams, fabrication partners, AV agencies, venue teams, and other external stakeholders.

*Brief vendors on project requirements, timelines, specifications, and quality expectations.

*Fabrication & Installation

*Oversee fabrication, staging, installation, and dismantling activities at event and project sites.





*Review fabrication and installation requirements against approved designs and specifications.

*Coordinate the integration of AV equipment, digital displays, sensors, interactive technologies, and experiential elements.

*Conduct quality checks and ensure installations are completed as per project requirements.

*Identify and resolve fabrication or installation-related issues.

*AV & Technical Coordination

*Lead coordination with AV and technical partners for LED walls, projection systems, sound, lighting, control systems, digital displays, and interactive installations.

*Supervise equipment setup, testing, rehearsals, and technical checks.

*Ensure all technical systems are tested and operational before event launch.

*Troubleshoot basic technical and operational issues and coordinate with specialist technical teams when required.

*Stay updated on emerging event technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate them into projects.

*Documentation & Project Management

*Maintain project trackers, production schedules, checklists, technical documentation, and vendor records.

*Prepare production briefs, installation plans, site reports, and project status updates.

*Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks.





*Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

*Conduct post-event reviews and document learnings for future projects.

*Team Coordination & Leadership

*Delegate operational tasks and monitor execution.

*Ensure effective communication between internal teams, vendors, and technical partners.

*Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them through to successful completion.

Requirements

*Strong experience managing vendors, production teams, fabrication partners, and technical agencies.

*Good understanding of event logistics, production, fabrication, and on-site execution.

*Working knowledge of AV equipment, LED displays, projection, sound, lighting, staging, and digital/interactive installations is preferred.

*Robust project management and multitasking skills.

*Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.

*Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

*Ability to independently manage projects and take ownership of deliverables.

*Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

*Proactive attitude with an interest in emerging technologies and experiential solutions.

*Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends when required.

Preferred Skills -

Experience managing corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, experience centers, or experiential projects.

Hands-on exposure to fabrication, staging, AV production, digital installations, interactive technology, or immersive experiences.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
