Job location - Goregoan

The candidate will be responsible for maximising our sales directly & through sales team. The GM-Sales & marketing will be responsible for revenue generation across products & regions. The candidate must have extensive knowledge of the storage systems products, parts & functions and must understand the scientific process that make these storage systems.

- Prepare & deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers & prospective customers
- Achieve growth & hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design & implement a strategic business plan that expands companies customer base and ensure its strong presence
- own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
- Build & promote string, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- present sales, revenue & expenses reports & realistic forecasts to the management.




- Identify emerging markets & market shifts while being fully aware of the current products & completion status.
- Candidate should have strong business sense & storage systems industry expertise.
- candidate should have excellent mentoring, coaching & people management skills.

- Participate in conferences & seminar to promote the company.
- Lead in techno-commercial meetings with customers.

- Candidate must get installations of storage systems at customer site- organised, managed & supervised & ensure that the installations are as per standards

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical along with MBA in marketing
OR
equivalent Min Exp. 8-10 years (4-5 years domain expertise will be preferred) Age group: above 45 years
