UI/UX Designer Experience: 2–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Noida Job Overview We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of experience to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience, visual design, and contemporary design principles. Key Responsibilities * Understand business and user requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions. * Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. * Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications. * Conduct user research and usability analysis to improve product experiences. * Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders. * Maintain consistency through design systems, style guides, and reusable components. * Review designs with development teams and ensure accurate implementation. * Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills * 2–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design. * Strong proficiency in Figma; knowledge of Adobe XD/Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus. * Good understanding of UX research, information architecture, user journeys, and usability principles. * Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs. * Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design. * Good understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy. * Ability to communicate design decisions clearly.



* Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills. * Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field. * A strong UI/UX portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects is required.
