This role is responsible for creating and maintaining a healthy distribution network in their area by identifying and onboarding effective stores/freelancers, maintaining relationships, monitoring health, ensuring training, and planning expansion. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, hiring and training delivery associates, and ensuring timely payments. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years experience hiring delivery personnel, is open to travel, owns a bike, and has basic Excel skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
