At SSACT, we believe that strong cost control and exact quantity tracking are the backbone of successful project delivery. As our projects continue to grow, we are inviting experienced professionals to join us as a Civil Billing / QS Engineer (Site-Based Role).

This role is critical in ensuring accurate measurements, transparent billing processes, and effective cost monitoring across project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verification of quantities and preparation of BOQs
- Certification of contractor RA bills with accuracy and diligence
- Rate analysis for non-BOQ / variation items
- Cost monitoring and reporting aligned with project budgets
- Coordination with site teams, contractors,



and consultants

What we are looking for:

- 4-6 years of relevant site-based QS / billing experience
- Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, and contracts
- High attention to detail with a structured approach to documentation
- Proficiency in Excel and billing processes
