Job Description – Automation Test Lead

Domain: Insurance (P&C; Preferred)

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Lead with strong expertise in JavaScript-based automation and Insurance domain testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead automation testing and define test strategies.

Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks.

Develop and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end automation tests.

Use AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and OpenAI.

Mentor QA teams and drive automation best practices.

Collaborate with customers, developers, and stakeholders.

Analyze defects and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills:

Solid JavaScript automation experience.

Insurance domain experience; P&C; preferred.

Experience with AI-assisted testing tools.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
