Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to join our food manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality and safety standards, conducting quality checks, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and supporting continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should have a degree/diploma in any of the following or a closely related field:

- Food Technology
- Food Science
- Microbiology
- Dairy Technology
- Biotechnology
- Food & Nutrition
- Other relevant Food Quality / Food Safety qualifications

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in the food manufacturing, FMCG, dairy, beverage, or related industry.
- Freshers with strong relevant academic knowledge may also be considered based on suitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality checks of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Conduct regular hygiene and sanitation inspections.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and quality procedures.




- Coordinate with the Production team to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Assist in sampling and testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Monitor product specifications and ensure they meet defined quality standards.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Identify quality deviations and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food products.
- Maintain awareness of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Skills

- Good knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Assurance practices.
- Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and GHP.
- Knowledge of microbiological/physical/chemical quality parameters will be an advantage.
- Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Production and other departments.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.

We are looking for someone who is quality-conscious, disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn, with a genuine interest in food safety and manufacturing quality.

Pay: ₹10,138.28 - ₹30,000.00 per month
