About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and hardworking Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting and be comfortable handling day-to-day financial and accounting activities. We are looking for someone who is honest, organized, willing to learn and capable of taking ownership of their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate day-to-day books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle regular accounting entries and documentation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and verify financial transactions.
- Assist with GST and TDS-related accounting and compliance work.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, receipts and payments.
- Prepare reports and MIS using MS Excel when required.
- Coordinate with internal team members regarding accounting and financial matters.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
- Identify discrepancies in accounts and assist in resolving them.




- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related activities as assigned.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Practical knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS will be preferred.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Honest, responsible and dependable attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
