The Role & KRAs

- Lead Generation & Outreach: Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other channels.
- Data Handling & Segmentation: Scrap the right target audience list which converts into prospects.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Run outreach campaigns and continuously improve messaging for better response rates.
- Lead Qualification & Appointment: Convert prospect into 100 appointments/month.
- CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain lead data, track performance, and share regular reports.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong understanding of US-EU B2B lead generation techniques (LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling)




- Basic understanding of CRM tools like Sales navigator Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
- Good command of Excel/Google Sheets for data handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle large datasets and target segmentation
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets

What You’ll Bring:

- Min 1-3 year of experience in demand generation
- Strong interest in B2B sales and data-driven marketing
- High energy, confidence, and willingness to learn AI & Automation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment.

- Qualifications: Any Graduate / MBA or equivalent
- Working Days: 5 Days
- Shift: Evening Shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
