Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live demonstrations of smart locks and related smart home security products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers.
- Assist customers in understanding lock installation, mobile app setup, and troubleshooting.
- Answer customer queries and provide technical guidance during demonstrations.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Ensure demo units are functional, updated, and well-maintained.
- Support retail outlets, exhibitions, events, and customer visits as required.
- Stay updated on current smart lock technologies and competing products.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
