Job Summary

myG India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Kollam. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing mobile phones, home appliances, and other electronic products while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in mobile phones, home appliances, and electronic products.
- Perform repair, maintenance, and servicing as per company standards.
- Identify faults and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Handle customer service requests and resolve technical complaints efficiently.
- Ensure timely completion of service jobs.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
- Follow safety procedures and service-quality standards.




- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile/home appliance repair and service.
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Good knowledge of electronic products and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for service-related requirements.
